Head Athletic Specialist Position
Our Head Athletic Specialists have significant experience teaching and coaching their area of expertise and are looking for an opportunity to develop their own program. Interested? Then read on to see if you’re a fit for the job!
Working within our camp’s philosophy and team approach, you will develop a high-quality program and experience for our campers. You will spend your summer in sunny Southampton, working autonomously to lead, teach, and supervise campers, while ensuring the overall safety of the specialty area. You will have the opportunity to train and supervise a group of assistants to aid you in your role.
We are looking for Head Athletic Specialists in the following areas:
- Gymnastics
- Outdoor Adventure (Climbing/Ninja Warrior Course)
- Art/Nature
- Nursery & Pre-K Sports/Athletics

Please note: due to COVID-19 guidelines, any staff member that requires housing as part of employment is required to be fully vaccinated prior to arriving at camp or is willing to arrive early and camp will assist you in booking a vaccination spot. If you are not vaccinated but are still interested in a camp position, please note that you will be required to secure your own staff housing.
